1. Service Description

Castly is a podcast website generator operated by Collision Productions. By using Castly, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & Content

• You must provide a valid email address to create a podcast site.
• You are responsible for the content of your podcast and its RSS feed.
• You must have the right to publish the podcast content you submit.

3. Free & Pro Plans

• Free plan: Includes Castly branding, limited to 5 most recent episodes, no automatic updates.
• Pro plan: No branding, all episodes, automatic updates, premium design. Billed at 9,99€/month or 99€/year.
• Free trial: New sites receive a 14-day Pro trial at no cost.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe in EUR (€).
• We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• To request a refund, reply to your payment confirmation email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Castly for:

• Illegal content or activities.
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Castly is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
