A Nationally Certified Recovery Coach, former Division I athlete, and longtime wellness professional, Alex integrates lived experience in recovery, identity, and family advocacy with professional expertise to help individuals rebuild sustainable, life-affirming relationships with their bodies, minds, and identities.
