In this episode, we will discuss the wrongful conviction of James Reyos. He was convicted of the brutal killing of an Irish priest in Odessa, Texas in 1981. Although Reyos had proof that he was 215 miles away at the time of the murder, he was still found guilty. Reyos was a mild-mannered, gay Apache Indian from New Mexico, which apparently our justice system decided, was reason enough to convict him. This is just another case of "we got our man" syndrome.
