This is the incredible story of Billy Ivy Jr. from Amarillo, Texas. His repeated failed attempts at murder for hire are astounding. He was the ultimate manipulator. Billy was somehow capable of convincing a plethora of 'down on their luck' individuals to commit murder on his behalf. He took advantage of people when they were already at the lowest point in their lives, knowing they would do anything for their next buck, or their next fix. He was a true predator. Check it out!
